  • AIVI.com delivers across the United Arab Emirates..
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara, and My Cash as payment methods.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days for most locations.
  • Once your shipment is dispatched, an Air Waybill (AWB) number will be generated and shared with you via your registered email address and mobile number, allowing you to track your order.
  • A shipping fee of 9 applies to orders below 100.
  • If your order includes products sourced from international markets, an international shipping fee may apply.
  • If all international shipment items in your order are cancelled, the international shipping fee will be refunded. However, if only some international items are cancelled, the international shipping fee will still apply and is non-refundable.
  • Products marked with the "International Shipment" label on the product page and Shopping Bag are sourced from international markets.
  • Applicable fees: Orders below 100 are subject to an 9 shipping fee. Orders paid using Cash on Delivery (COD) are subject to an 20 COD service fee. An 3 platform fee applies to all eligible orders. International Shipment orders are subject to an 30 international shipping fee, where applicable. Please note that these fees and other applicable charges may change without prior notice.
  • Deliveries to out-of-service locations may require additional transit time.
